There’s not a lot I know about this band. What did they sound like live? How did I hear of them? Where did they go? They were led by John Lee, who sang the songs and played a lot of the guitar. The superbly recorded drums are the trademark of Mark Trombino, who played them loud and all over the place as well as engineering “Murk Time Cruiser” on his way to becoming a big-name producer of Jimmy Eat World and a thousand other great bands of the early 2000s. In that regard, if you prefer it hyphenated, this is lo-fi punk in its pre-emo moment.
